I think it all worked? My scans all say clean, but who knows? At first I thought I'd cleaned up all the malware, but I don't know enough about computers to be the judge of that. 
I'd done many of the other steps on my own, and I decided to try combofix after reading about it here. I started running virus removal programs on my own before I found this forum.
